Take one minute to prepare a talk on the following subject.

Describe your favourite sport.
You should say:
- what the sport is
- how often you play or watch it
- who you play or watch it with
and explain why it is your favourite sport.

I love sport and I spend a lot of time playing or watching it. I swimming regularly, I out in the gym twice a week and I also a martial art called aikido. But I think my favourite sport is football, although I don't actually it any more. I was in the football team at school but I had to it up because I injured my back quite badly. However, I watch it all the time, either on TV or I go to matches. I my local team and I try to watch them play whenever I can. Of course, it's much easier to do that when they are playing at home but sometimes I the effort to travel to an away match too. I usually go to matches with my cousin who is a big fan too. We both get very upset when the team , but at the moment they are doing really well - last week they a much stronger team when they managed to three goals in the last ten minutes. It was very exciting - that's why I love football.
